Internal Audit Co-Sourcing

On a project basis, we are well suited to perform specific audits based on the direction of the Audit Committee, Internal Audit/Chief Accounting Officer or based on the client’s audit plan.  We work with and understand that in-house auditors retain responsibility for the Internal Audit process while relying on Assurance Partners for specialized technical skills and personnel.

• Provide additional layer of objectivity than that of in-house auditors
• Leverage the broad knowledge and expertise of  another firm’s Internal Audit resources and capabilities
• Accommodate plan and execute projects without adding staff
• Create flexibility of increasing staffing during peak times
• Perform “specialized” security, IT, financial or other expertise audit
• Reduce additional overhead associated with recruiting, training, administrating, facilitating and maintaining down-time for in-house auditors
• Provide support to companies that don’t have the staff capability to deploy new systems
